Visit the Noxzema Shaving site. Move your mouse cursor over the "Savvy Shaving" selection at the top and then click on "promotions". A page will load with a link to enroll. When you click the link a window will open with the registration form. You may need to turn off pop-up blocking to see the window. You also may need to turn off the top frame with the text link at the bottom of the frame. If you still have problems here is a direct link to the form.
